Effects of Rewards The impact of rewards and acknowledgments of students' work have positive results in the students. It increases inspiration and energetic willingness to learn and do well in class exercises and cooperation. What's more, the students who are sufficiently inspired to cause great results in class are associated with their will to succeed, has confidence in their capacities, has an internal will of imply and course and are self-roused to consummate assignments. In any case, students can't intensely depend on rewards and acknowledgments. They should dependably have an internal endeavor to flourish and perform well as verbalizes by the natural inspiration. In which the experiment of Deci and Ryan, 1971 are proven. According to the results, the application of rewards that most of the students receive are written comments (through projects and papers), verbal praise (teacher & student) and incentives (exception from class activities and additional points). The use of rewards and acknowledgements also push the students to give their best result and through this, new abilities and skills are developed as well as the student’s way of thinking is improving in analytical understanding. These rewards and acknowledgments helped the professor to motivate the students and achieve the goal to keep them studying and learning. The balance of the rewards and acknowledgments are not the only factors that can affect the student’s way of thinking. It can be affected through the relationship of the student and teacher, their respect and acknowledgment of a level of superiority must be defined.
