After the tremendous development in the field of information technology in the late twentieth century, people have witnessed an increase in the speed of information exchange and exchange with different parts of the world. There are many questions revolving around what has happened recently related to this new technology. Humans are at the center of all of this new progress and, sometimes, there are negative effects. Modern technology has become a double-edged sword. The difference between positive and negative effects of technology in modern society depends on the extent to which the individual uses it. It can be used in the wrong place, by time or a person can become addicted to technology, which can be as addictive as drugs. It is easy to measure the use of modern technology on the behavior of the individual, and its impact on society. We must look at the size of daily use of it, so we can see the impact, and the number of hours spent by this person. A child enters the stage of addiction when he uses the Internet, or watching television for more than 40 hours a week, and the average of teenager spends up to 8 hours on electronic devices, which is more than 56 hour in one week. Modern technology has penetrated every one’s lives. As a result, a person enters the stage of slow death, no one can deny the use of modern technology and its impact on the progress of science, especially for young people and adolescents. However, the community faces adverse currents because of the misuse of technology, and thus is a bad reflection of society. So the person cannot get rid of this deadly habit.
