Abstract
To be an efficacious leader, you must possess special skills. These special skills don’t come naturally but must be learned through education and experience. Although many theorists believe that the most effective leadership style is credited to genetics others argue that anyone can become a leader if they can learn the skills needed. There are many leaders that can demonstrate the many different skills needed to become an influential leader, one being Mohandas Gandhi. As this world continues to evolve, there will always be a demand for great leaders. What makes a great self-made leader? Self-made leaders are individuals who adopt effective traits based on their environment. Leaders can develop an inclination to drive forward the people that surround him and unite them under common goals and objectives.
