Physical health is important, so the majority of people will be concern on the health policy. The UK is one of the few countries to implement free health care system, the National Health Service(NHS) is the world 's largest publicly funded health service, which made UK really proud in the London Olympic Games (NHS, 2016). However, in UK, with the changing in social –economic environment, the national Healthcare system is facing a number of inefficient problems and contradiction between doctors and patients is increase, these lead to citizen’s dissatisfaction. As a result, UK’s government must implement health care reform. With some citizen seeking a change from private enterprise, replacing NHS by privatization is a way needs to be consider.
