The Narrative Of The Life Of Anne Frank

Anne and her family emigrated to Amsterdam from Germany to escape Nazi persecution, they went into hiding in June 1942. Anne Frank is a young jewish lady who is in a secret annex with a few others. Anne is in the annex with Margot, Mr. and Mrs. Frank, Mr. and Mrs. Van Daan, Peter, and Mr. Dussel. Everyone in the annex are jews, the hitlers and the natzis are trying to kill or put then in a concentration camp which is the reason why they’re in hiding. They have a two people who are helping them survive in the annex, Miep and Mr. Kraler.
Anne probably had the most courage out of everyone else in the annex because she never cared what others thought of her. In the beginning of the story when Anne had layers of cloths on including a few layers of underwear, Anne got to the secret annex and pulled her underwear right off with no care in the world. Frank was willing to risk his own life to save the others in the annex, when their was an intruder downstairs in the building. Mr. Frank didn't risk his life as much as Miep and Mr. Kraler, not only did they risk their lives but they lots of their time getting things for the people in hiding. If Miep and Mr. Kraler made it obvious that there was people in hiding in anyway, the people in the annex would’ve been found and sent to an concentration camp earlier than they did. Miep and Mr. Kraler helped the eight residents in the secret annex for two years straight. Miep and Mr. Kraler are the only reason why the eight residents in the secret annex survived. They’re the reason the eight residents get food everyday, they’re also the reason the eight residents are even in hiding… them and Mr.Frank. I would probably not be able to do what Miep did because she had to go out of her way to get them food and even medicine when one of the residents got sick.
