She is crazy and everyone except her knows it. She is sometimes in a really playful and fun mood but most of the time she is in a grave mood and is ready to get her frustrations out on the squad. Although she does have a lot of tough situations going on outside of cheerleading, she brings it to cheer instead of leaving it at home. She will never hold back her thoughts while watching practice and nothing is never good enough. There is always someone supposedly plotting against her. She puts way too much responsibility on her captains and makes them do parts of her job that she doesn’t want to do. She is really harsh but tries to laugh while she makes passive aggressive comments to make them seem nice. The last coach is the ideal coach. Although I never had this coach, I know what characteristics would make a great coach. Most great leaders are an ENTJ. An ENTJ, or an extrovert, intuitive, thinking, and judger person, is usually self-driven, motivating, energetic, assertive, confident, and competitive (Craemer). All of these qualities would make an ideal cheer coach because they are motivating, yet competitive. If I combined every cheer coach into one, the result would be the ideal coach.
