The memories of his childhood continue to only bring only fear and sadness. I look back at the lone hours in vast and see that I have lived in the same old cave where there is nothing I can do to bring happiness into my life. The cave was a horrible place, full of passages, where you can only see the cobwebs and shadows. There was never light and so sometimes, I used to light candles to look at what is outside. I had always wished to go outside in the real world, and go into the society. But, I did not know how other people lived there. And how would I survive in the real world? I don’t know how much time I have lived in this place, but I think it is now the time, I should go and experience the life outside the horrible place, where I had …show more content…
However, I did not know where the exit was. The cave was full of many different passages and so I just ran, and ran, until I finally got out. That may have been the happiest moment of my life. I could now go outside and be free. But the same questions were still in my mind: How would I be able to survive in the real world? How do the other people live here? I walked and walked until I reached a hotel and I went inside it. I went to the front desk and asked if I could stay in one of the rooms here. The lady said yes and took me to my room. On the way, I asked her if I had to pay for the room and she said yes, the total cost would be $79.99. I told her that I had no money and asked if I could just live here for one night for free. I told her that I had no friends or family here who would be able to pay for the room. She agreed and let me stay in the room for free. So far, I felt the outside world is way better than where I had been and the people here are extremely generous. It was nighttime but not for me! I had to plan what I was going to do tomorrow. I did not have any water or food. I was starving to death. I don’t even have enough money to buy anything. The only thing I could do is… steal. I had to steal these items from stores to be able to …show more content…
I opened the door and was so scared. They told me to put my hands on my head and told me to not move. I followed their directions and they took me to the jail. They asked me a couple questions and I answered them honestly. They stated that my punishment was to stay in jail for 3 years for robbing Store-Mart. I believed that this was ridiculous and I should not be kept in jail for three years just for stealing some things. I believed this was not right for me and so I decided to run away and escape and go back to my real home, the castle. I broke the window and jumped out. No one saw me and so just ran back to the cave, and stayed there for the rest of my life. I was alone again, rejected from society, as I was in the

Did that really just happen? “Come join us at soccer tryouts next Friday at the main field after school!” read the big, white flyer which I had picked up previously in the week after hearing about this eye-opening news during morning announcements. I was sitting on the bench outside reading the details as I waited in line for the person whose reaction I was most anxiously waiting to see. As a 5th grader, my first instinct was to alert my mom right away, which is exactly what I did as soon as I got in the passenger seat of the all black sedan.…

On the windy lukewarm night of October 13, 2012, my life changed in a positive way. That day was the day I got my first dog, a female Shih Tzu, and I remember that day vividly. It all started as soon as I woke up with crazy bed hair, and I had a feeling that something would happen. After I woke up, I got dressed, had a nutritious breakfast, and went off to school. That Wednesday was a very stressful day due to the many things I had to do, which were to write an essay for English, a group history project, and a new lesson in Algebra 1.…

My life is everchanging, from the decision of whether to go to college, what choices should I take to build my career, to whether or not I believe in certain entities. The best part about this though, is the experience of learning about how the world works, and how everything is always constantly changing. I have only been around for two decades, but I've experienced a lot of change, and feel that nothing is ever constant. I was raised Lutheran, and attended a youth group where I met wonderful friends, connected with leaders, and grew my belief. This was consistant for four years, before change happened.…
