The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is an assessment/survey that is intended to evaluate how individuals perceive the world around them and how they come to conclusions when making decisions. The MBTI suggests that there are 16 different types of personalities. The test is made up of a series of 64 questions and the answers to these questions will determine which of the 16 personalities you have. The test will also provide you with general assumptions (generalizations) about what job is best suited for your personality type. This test is commonly used in career selection and interviewing employees.
