They movie I am writing about is “Rudy” the story of an undersized football player who wants to attend Notre Dame University and play football to escape the family tradition of working in a steel mill. Rudy Ruettiger played by Sean Astin knew that obtaining his goal of playing football at the collegiate level would be the hardest hurdle he had to overcome. Rudy suffered from the learning disability dyslexia. There is also the issue of tuition and how Rudy was going to pay for his classes. These were two main factors working against him in gaining admission to Notre Dame University and joining the football team.
