Three Women Revealed In The Film Jellyfish

While watching the movie Jellyfish, noticing that this movie is filled with twists from the very beginning is what describes the stories of three young women whose lives do not interlock. While untangling the plot it seems that each situation explores the difficult feelings without plunging into easy sadness. Although the three women have completely different circumstances, the film enhances the conception that each of characters share a specific aspect of lacking an understanding in their relationships. From the opening one can realize that Batya is having a rough time with life observing from her appearance. She has many reasons to be sulking because her parents neglect her, she hates her job which she is eventually fired from, and she was just dumped by her boyfriend. The beach to clear her head of all the issues that she is going through, all of a sudden the little girl in the floating tube walks up to her. She dries her off and brings her to the police station. This is a movie about the connection between parents and children, lovers, between friends and even between adults and the children they wish they could still be. It is also about the complicated strangeness of being alive, and the tiny pleasures and kindnesses that can compensate for the usual dullness and indifference of the world. Through all the craziness of the trying to figure things out really help in tying each situation together. The title comes from the weaving together of the circumstances to see the common things between all of them.
