The movie Crash is directed by Paul Haggis. This movie has won an Oscar and many other successes in the past 12 years. Great actors such as Sandra Bullock, Don Cheadle and Thandie Newton have worked in this film exceptionally. They have presented their characters audaciously. This movie depicted a very strong meaning through the intertwining of many lives over a period of thirty six hours. The Several connected stories are about race, class, family and gender in Los Angeles in the aftermath of 9/11. It has the following characters. A Caucasian district attorney who uses his race to a political advantage. His Caucasian wife who believes that her standardized views of non-whites are justified and cannot be considered racist. It results in anxiety, sadness, depression and a feeling of guilt and emptiness. These often translate into depression, loss of interest, eating disorders and stress-related ailments.
Social, educational and financial impacts: Discrimination, harassment and victimization leave the individual confused and broken. They may take to alcohol or drugs, or may form their own opinions on others, develop a hatred for others, or withdraw from people. It can affect them financially, may lose their job, quit school or do poorly at school. They might stop caring about the things in their lives because these things will not hold any importance if there is no one to share them with.
Society and Businesses: Communities and businesses that fail to take strong action on discrimination tend to be lower in productivity. This is because people feel disgruntled and loose interest in working hard. There is a drop in morale, trust and confidence on the part of the employees. People with talents and exceptional skills and abilities are not attracted to these places because they would not want to be discriminated

This gave me a chance to learn and made me realize how less problematic the world could be if these problems could be wiped clean off the board. If things like racial discrimination, racial superiority and inferiority, stereotype approach could be solved, it would be fruitful for all of us. The movie "Crash" told showed me an interlocking stories of whites, blacks, Latinos, Koreans, Iranians, cops and criminals, the rich and the poor, the powerful and powerless, all defined in one way or another by racism. All were victims of it, and all were guilty of it. Sometimes, yes, they rise above it, although it was never that simple. Their negative impulses may have been instinctive, their positive impulses may have been dangerous, and who knows what the other person’s approach would have been after the act were committed. One thing that happens, again and again, is that people’s assumptions prevent them from seeing the actual person standing before them. The movie shows racial discrimination in many parts of the movie. Each character makes somewhat of identical mistakes. How unrealistic is it that at one instant, a black guy in the movie talks about the ideology of black oppression and the next, he is stealing a white couple’s SUV. Then even the police do not act according to the ‘Justice
