Through the discussion, I learned the facts about the case: an old man lives underneath the boy and his father and he heard a fight upstairs, the boy said “I’m gonna kill you” and a body dropped to the ground. He was right about this. This follows into the first amendment, freedom of speech. We are allowed to say things that won’t harm the society or group. “I’m gonna kill you” this phrase we have said it often to express our feelings when really we don’t mean it. But if you are shouting fire in the movie theater, when really there is no fire, then it’s not okay because people would likely lead to panic and may get hurt while trying to escape the theater. The first amendment is a matter of public
