In 2013, when I immigrated to the United States, I kept my goals of achieving a higher education. The first challenge I learned is that one must live in the State, where he or she want to pursue higher education for at least a year in order to be eligible for in-state tuition and fees. So I was forced to wait for one more year. At the first earliest possible time of my eligibility, I was able to enroll at Metropolitan State University of Denver (MSU Denver), College of Business. Now, three years later, that decision has paid off as I am about to graduate (in three weeks) with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. I am not only proud to be a student of MSU Denver, but also pleased to keep a 4.0 GPA in all my classes. Furthermore, I am also proud to be the first to receive a college education in my
