The skills or attributes which are necessary to be an outstanding teacher is in the following areas to good classroom management and content knowledge (development of teaching and learning materials and real world experience to be case studies for teaching sessions) to be passionate and have leadership skills. Teacher is to be extremely knowledgeable and understanding of the content being presented. Leadership means different things in different situations, in education effective leadership makes a difference in improving learning, nothing new or especially controversial about that idea.

As Technology Teacher at I.D.E.A Academy at Hillhouse my roles in a particular school day would require various qualities to be an outstanding educator.
