Success is important to a person. It helps boost self esteem, and makes a sense of respect for yourself. Success can also be a grueling process. To become successful in adulthood, you have to do well in college. The college degree that you receive will be your ticket into success, but not without being extremely stressed and anxious. Knowing exceptional study habits and ways to deal with your stress can make your college experience much easier and can also make a student more successful.
Study habits are one of the most important qualities you should have in college. Making a time to study is an important part to making good study habits. Not only should you make a time to study, but you should stick to your schedule. In my experience, you should never study sporadically because then you will not retain

Personally, I make sure I get my most important tasks done before anything else. Usually these are the most time consuming, so it helps my anxiety when I realize I don’t have to put much more time into doing homework and studying. Growing up, I was always taught that academics take precedence over anything else; homework always comes first. Another important aspect of time management is to start early on an assignment. Most people, myself included, will push off an assignment into the very last couple of hours when they might’ve had a whole week to do it. This causes a great deal of unneeded stress that could’ve been prevented. The idea is to start early and plan increments of time each day to work on an assignment so you won’t ever feel pressured to get it done in a small amount of time. Balancing a student’s personal and academic life can seem to be difficult at times, but it’s possible. A simple way to be able to keep your time management solid is to learn to delegate and say no. I still have trouble being able to say no to people, but sometimes it is just easier to do that so you can keep your stress level
