Project management is a process consisted of five step process in the same order initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing the work for any project. Project management is the main thing for any project because it helps a project in completion of all of its phases from top to bottom at all times. It ensures that all the process and phases are completed within given time frame without any kinds of delays. Companies align special management teams to make sure that no work or timeline gets affected. Project management doesn’t only deal with project details abut also make sure things work out fine with effective project details and cost management also to make sure there are fewer tasks to be done in order to achieve desired deadlines …show more content…
In this stage, all the basic steps are being done and the things that are required are being considered all the possibilities are made sure that they work out fine. This is the most critical and important phase of any project because this leads to project towards its success or failure because a well initiating project leads to things which are best done at all times. All of the departments and tasks are assembled divided whereas duties and responsibilities are being handed over to all of the team members. All of the departments are divided into groups and sub-groups and tasks are made sure they are understood by everyone. Project management has been a great help when in terms of planning and initiation of projects at all times companies have specially hired individual who have this task just to assemble and manage projects.
