That treating them like adults and incarcerating with them will make those offenders hardened criminals never to be corrected again. In this regard we suggest that there is hardly any need to keep them with adult criminals. They can be kept in separate cells where they can be really reformed because the quantum of punishment and going to jails will scare them. And the same theory can be applied vice-versa. There is equal probability that these offenders will manipulate 10 or 12 years old juvenile offenders to transform into heinous crime doers one day.

Girls remain prejudiced from cradle to grave. Roles are defined for man and woman. He has to be the breadwinner of the family. She has to be the wife of the house. He has to be adamant and virtual. She has to be obedient and submissive.This has made hostile conditions for girls in the society because of which crime against girls have increased. From the day 1 of their birth male and female child are treated differently. Even the reaction of people on their birth is different. Adolescent boys perceive it as their superiority and behave likewise. Rejection by a girl hurts more than being failed in exams. They pledge to teach her a lesson by molesting her, raping her or throwing acid on her and satisfy their masculine souls,because they don’t think it a matter of her choice, but a matter of their right. If we go into the depth we find that it’s all because of the societal mindset. As according to Indian society, woman is a toy whose remote control is in the hands of a man. Good heavens! More than half of the youth (65% students in our survey) now agreethat gender injustice dogged in our society for ages is inter alia a reason for increase injuvenile crimes. They are naturally and intentionally made aggressive. Let this be every other person’s
