There are similarities and differences in books and shows they are never the same. I am going to compare and contrast five short stories to their plays.
There are differences in the setting like it is limited in propes and space and the time period. One of the setting differences is that in the monkey's paw there was no chess game in the play but is was in the story and they had to fill the hole with talking.
