The module on leadership and social concern not only gave me several meaningful leadership skills but also gave me a better view on what it means to be a man for others. Encouraging the heart and modeling the way vision are great leadership skills that I will hold dear to my heart. Encouraging the heart can easily lift someone’s spirit and show that you empathize with me. By encouraging someone’s heart you will gain trust and give your employees a sense of appreciation as well. When you are a leader it is important that your followers know that you truly care for them. It is also important that as a leader you lead the way for them and be a good role model.
