Thesis Statement
The mistakes and lessons learned from Hamlet, Agamemnon and “The Love Song of J.Alfred Prufrock” are very similar in the sense that all three have the character who take wrongful actions which eventually lead to life ending consequences, triggering feelings of pity from the audience.

Body Paragraph 1 Watching or reading any of these plays incites pity towards some characters. This pity develops as the audience gets a better understanding of the character as he/she further develops. This helps the viewers recognize the difficulties a character is going through, resulting in a greater emotional connection from the audience.

However, perspective from a single point of view is not justified and nature takes its toll and karma kicks in. The protagonist lack of proper decision making which generally leads them to death. This perceived innocence leading to a tragic event are the element all these three stories share.

Point 1
Hamlet had very great intentions but hell is paved with great intentions which explains why when king Hamlet stabs Polonius from behind the curtains, he was perceived as innocent despite committing a murder. Later Hamlet was murdered by his brother in order to gain power of the kingdom and so although Hamlet killing Polonius had nothing to do with his brother. Hamlets death came upon him in directly as a result of his mistakes.

As proven by the quotes by many characters, it is clear that the characters act in a way which makes the audience feel some sort of pity towards certain characters and a feeling of remorse that the protagonist should not be fully accountable for what they did because they somehow had no choice or had some sort of logical reasoning behind it. But it is soon revealed that regardless of whether it was a mistake of a sin, they will be punished.
Body Paragraph 3
As Mention before all these three story’s share similar types of events and one these events are that all characters eventually have some sort of tragic event happen to them, which are a direct in in direct result of their wrongful actions. Whether they commit a major sin or a minor mistake, the consequences will get them.
