The Mississippi Community College Board (MCCB) is the governing body that guides the state's community colleges. The vision of MCCB promotes an environment that educates and trains the workforce for the state of Mississippi. The mission of the board is designed to coordinate a system that supports and guides the community colleges in the state through professionalism, integrity, partnerships, innovation and diversity (https://www.sbcjc.cc.ms.us).
