The minimum wage raises debate

There are some people says that the minimum wage should be raise, but don’t know how the raise would affect the business they are working in. on June 25, 1938 president franklin Roosevelt created the fair labor law act which made the federal minimum wage. The minimum wage continues to be used in today workplace for business to be able to pay their employees a livable wage, but today living expense increase made a lot of employees want a higher wage, so they can lice their lifestyle, but I that the minimum wage shouldn’t be raise until they can afford to give their employees a pay raise.

The first objection to my claim which is the increase would help a lot of people live a nice lifestyle that a lot of want to live off of. The second objection is that the business would bring more employees to the business because the minimum wage was increase, and they will be able to have a livable wage as well. The third objection is that a lot of employees would have to work fewer hours, and spend more time with their families because of the new wage. The last objection is the new wage would make a lot of employees happy, and want to work harder and faster than before because the employees are giving a new wage. The business need to pay their employees more because the current wage is not able to sustain their lifestyle, and they have to work extra hours and another job, so they can meet the demand of the living expense. There are people who have their feeling on whether the minimum wage raise because they really connected to this issue rally hard, like they have family are in need of financials help, and don’t know what to do about the next day. The people who want the minimum wage to increase, but don’t know the real affect the wage increase would have on the business. The business will have to make tough decision like fire some good people, cut a lot of hours, and raise the cost of services, so the business would be pay their employees the wage. The business got to see if they can afford to give their employees wage increase, like looking the accounts records, and by gaining new customers, and keep old customers coming back for the products and new ones as well. The new wage does not mean you getting more money, and everything is going be fine, but it won’t affect anything toward your pay because the business is will have to cut the hours, and the cost of living expense will continues to grow no matter what the wage is. We need to look in how we are going to lower the cost of living because the living expense will grow all the time and the wage increase will not help to change anything because the cost of living will be greater than the pay
