The Mindfulness Challenge

I attempted the Mindfulness Challenge on September 26th and to me, it was very easy. I do not think I overly use my phone, my main purpose for it is to contact my family and to play music. The best part about the experience was the weight it took off my shoulders. I am a very forgetful person, so for me to be able to have it somewhere and know that when I go back it will still be there was great. Another thing the challenge did, was to relieve some distraction, many times I will be attempting to do my homework and my phone will vibrate and the next thing I know it is three hours later and I had not accomplished anything.
