The Messiah of the Jews, The Son of God; Jesus was born in the city of Bethlehem, Judea. At that time the country was ruled by the Roman Empire. Most Jews were simply hard workers to maintain a very poor life. They had lost all hope that one day they will have their kingdom back. Jesus grew up in a very poor family and experienced a typical Jews’ life. Jesus’ father was a carpenter who simply worked to get a family meal. Jesus started to find his life motive in going to the synagogue once a week where he got to hear the sacred book from a local preacher. At the age of 12 they travel to Jerusalem where the Temple was the focal point of the spirit. The wealthy priests suddenly noticed the Messiah and shared with him some of their knowledge. Through his life, Jesus got to experience the misery of all Jews, the over taxation by the Roman authorities and the restrictions of freedom.
The mission of Jesus started by the Jordan River where he was assisting John the Baptist proclaiming that “time is near, repent from your sins and get baptize by me”. John the Baptist was hiding by the Jordan River so he wouldn’t get the attention of the Roman Guards. Jesus wanted to get baptized by him, but John insisted to get baptized by him and that’s when Jesus replied “let it be now; it is proper for us to do this to fulfill all righteousness.” In the Gospels …show more content…
The kingdom of God is the rebirth where no one will have to give sacrifice to God in order to be in relation with him. Jesus preached that the Kingdom of God is within each one of us. To enter in the Kingdom of God we will have to love one another as God loves us and we must practice the communion as a sign of this covenant. The communion is the practice of eating the bread and red wine, which means the body, and the blood of the Son of God giving himself as a sacrifice so we wont have to do anymore sacrifices.
