The Memorial Student Center is a place for many uses. Whether it be hanging out with friends, getting coffee, studying, or even attending a club meeting it seems as though there are always many people scurrying through. Day in and day out it could be said that the memorial student center is the building that never sleeps. One reason the Memorial Student Center has become so prominent on the University of Wisconsin-Stout campus is because it has numerous dinning places. While there are dining halls on other parts of the campus it should be noted that The Fireside Café, located in the Memorial Student Center is open from 8am until 12am. On the front of the pamphlet I will include a picture of the memorial student center in order to show the beauty of the building and what it has to offer. This picture will be split in half to show the two different entrances to the building. In doing this I hope that the viewers/ readers connect pervious experiences and remember seeing the building in the past or hopefully will connect it in the future. When opening the pamphlet there are four things I ultimately want to highlight about the Memorial Student Center. One being the social aspect of the Memorial Student Center. To do this I plan to include pictures of students hanging out in the cube like structure, people talking, taking advantage of the involvement center etc. Below the picture I plan to write a detailed summary of what each picture shows and how the people are interacting in a social way. The second advantage to the Memorial Student Center that I am choosing to highlight is the food. While there are many places where you can get food rather than a solid picture I plan to list the names of places that are located in the Memorial Student Center and then put the hours of each and what they serve. By doing this, it will be beneficial for people to associate the logos with the place and then when they are thinking about eating they will think about something that was mentioned in the pamphlet. Thirdly, I was to highlight the studying aspect of the Memorial Student Center as being a place where you can get a lot of your work done. In order to accomplish thing, I think that pictures would be the best way to do this. By showing pictures to people they can relate and connect on a different level rather than when they just hear about it.
