“The medici effect” is an inspirational book to establish new-fangled ideas. In this book there are a lot of new knowledges to develop innovative and fundamental ideas. Medici was a family that interested to a lot of artists in the XIV century. That’s why it was possible to create different and ideas because they mixed stretches and different working pursuits.
Sometimes, the most innovative ideas come from taking things or services that exist already and but making and improving them in new methods of doing.
There are 3 different forces that make possible to create new innovative ideas:

When you find a good idea is important to think more good ideas developing different thoughts. The idea we have may be is not possible to become real. For example: In our team (motion group) even if we have ideas or project we need to think more and more until we catch enough money for us as a company. It’s also important to take time to think and focus in the new ideas we have, because not always we have to think well. We have to think deeply how to develop them as a working team taking the necessary time.
⎫ Sometimes the ideas we have aren’t successful at all. It’s important to learn how to success in the face of failure. Thanks the book we learn some advices to know how to face it:

¬ Reserve resources for mistakes. Is recommendable to save devices to make more than one process with our ideas. Many times the ideas fail and we have to try more than once. That’s important to have more than one chances to develop new ideas.
¬ Many times our ideas bust and it’s important not to give up and for that is recommendable to work with passion and harmony. In this way we are going to hold our motivation.

To sum up, the book gives us advices to create new ways of working and how to work with them. The book recommends us to work with different type of people because that is going to give us new perspectives that are going to be useful to create new innovative
