Psychology Today said that one in five Americans experience a mental health problem in any given year and that they suffer with their symptoms in silence. People are too scare to sake for help because they think that mentally illness is a sign of weakness, can’t be treated, become violent, or that it last forever. People who has depression, anxiety, or other mental health conditions are “weak” and can’t do anything. However, that is not true. Usually people who has some kind of mental illness are trained to build mental strength. This is hard for them to do because with their thinking of having all those illnesses, they can’t become strong. However, mental illness and mental strength are two different meanings. For example, people who has diabetes can still be physically strong and someone who has depression can still be mental strong. Mental strength is not about what kind of mental illness you have but its whether you want to build it up or
