The fundamentals of culture, foster steadfast boundaries for establishing the paradigm between regions and nations alike. To commence the conversation of political paradigms, one must consider the meaning of culture through the perspective of institutions of higher education. One such definition is described as “Cultivated behavior; That is the totality of a persons learned, accumulated experience which is socially transmitted, or more briefly, behavior through social learning.” (TAMU) As made evident in the preceding passage culture is a macro pattern of behavior disseminated through the shared experience of people’s in context to social occurrences. The repudiation of American values limits constructive foreign intervention, and contending cultures. The contending cultural values submerge into military culture.
