Thus, it is simple for one to find the sense of predictability of products despite the different location of the businesses. With the lack of change, each place can possess similar variables such as the type of management directive, employee performance, consumer expectation, and store environment; thus, creating a sense of control while also allowing the buyer to go in already knowing what they would like based on the predictability.
