In the workplace, the women oppressions are not only wage, but women encounter sexual oppression, for instance sexual assault by their employer, and physical violence, such as treshing if the production do not meet requirement. Howsoever, those have an impact to women mentality. The degree of oppression will be higher for the female labors who work for the employers with the different race, age and culture. Furthermore, the women 's oppression will be doubled when women have a two roles, and do not have support from the men (husbands).
