Everyone agree with this Statement that there is no place like home. It means that the home is that place where everyone can find peace, love and more understanding. Now, what happens when this house becomes the theater of problem and violence; when the relationship changes into fight? According to the bureau of Justice, Domestic violence is the leading cause of injury to women between the ages of 15 and 44 in the United States, more than car accidents, muggings, and rape combined. Otherwise, a woman is more likely to be assaulted, injured, raped, or killed by a male partner than by any other type of assailant. Even though men and women became equal in front the law, they are so many facts and traditions that keep men to think that they are the commander chiefs of family. First the physical shape of the body. Men are always taller and stronger than women. Because of these naturals advantages, some men think they have to be the chief of their partner Also this complex also can be find in the environment of Celebrities. For many Athletes such as Ray, they could do anything without danger because they are famous. Especially when they feel theirself disrespected by their partner. Athletes always live with great ego, they don’t allow their partner to act with total freedom in front of other because they want to preserve their images they think they could whatever they judge right without effects. Next, some religious beliefs reinforce that male supremacy in the society. According to many religions, men are still the one made by God and the woman someone came second to help. In fact, during some ceremony of marriage some priests or leaders remind to women how they have to be submitted to their husband, because God choose the men to be the chiefs of families.
