When you’re on top of your game it’s easier to be successful in every part of your life. If you meet new people often in your day-to-day life or job, feeling good can give you more confidence which will have a huge impact on your future success and gaining that promotion you’ve been working towards. Obviously, exercise can improve your appearance which can improve confidence, but there's more to it than that. Exercise can also help you feel more accomplished by seeing the results of your daily workouts that effort will make you feel better and a bit of confidence can go a long way.
