The Manager, “Grant Manager, International Donor Advised Giving (IDAG) Program” job description includes collaborating with the donor relationship manager to work with individuals, corporations, and foundations to develop and facilitate international, donor advised grant making. This manager is responsible for communicating well with grantees, United Way Worldwide relationship managers and donors for thorough evaluation of materials to ensure compliance with US and international grant making regulations. Additionally, the manager will establish and maintain relationships with other United Way departments including corporate relations, finance and international staff. Further the manager will continually work on program enhancements and strategic outreach in order to promote the IDAG program.
The grant manager of the IDAG program will manage the grant pipeline from proposal development to final reporting, keep internal stakeholders, donors, and grantees informed of latest updates in legal requirements and assist with the development of new donors’ programs related to IDAG. This job position reports directly to the IDAG director, maintains the organized structure of the program and work specifically with United Way members in Latin America. Good candidates will be team players, build relationships with United Way including finance and the international network and must be willing to travel.
