Measures used to assess the effectiveness of the system
Effectiveness of the system will assessed by going to the company and selecting a pair of shoe, making the payment and then receiving the shoe. If the shoe is not given that shows how ineffective the system is. When you follow all the procedures and get your shoe and satisfied by the system that show how effective the system is. Positive suggestions means the system is effective but needs some adjustments.

Legislative requirement is the meeting all the requirement of laws and standards and provision of high services.
