Lance, I truly enjoyed reading your discussion about The Make a Wish Foundation. I have heard of it but have never known anyone who has participated in this non-profit organization. I read more about it online to find out exactly who they offer wishes to and read that they actually granted wishes for more than 14,000 children. That is such a significant number but it was only half of the eligible applicants. There is a need for this organization and I feel it brings hope to the child and their family. I was surprised to see their current sponsors were an extensive list of very well-known corporations.
