Suffering itself is a chance to realize what has been lost. What has been taken for granted? Where did the happiness of oneself come from in the first place? Escaping suffering isn’t about casting a shadow on how we suffer but it’s the why do we suffer. Are we suffering because we allow it? Is it pushed upon humanity? Do we choose to suffer because it is said that suffering is all we have left? Suffering is the instrument to find happiness, you cannot find happiness unless you are sad and want to make a change. Victory or triumph doesn’t exist unless there is a failure. A simple thought to all of the suffering and how humanity finds happiness in said suffering is that; we enjoy suffering unless it is out of our control. Obsession with finding happiness is suffering in itself. When others tell you to be happy, there’s a conflict of happy for me or happy for you? When you are placed in an unfamiliar situation full of chaos and suffering, not by choice the thought is; I am unhappy! I want to be happy! I want to get out!
