There is always one characteristic that describes how you are. In “The Story of the Three Bears,” the little old woman is introduced as she is “set about helping herself.” The little old woman is someone who did not care about the consequence if she were to be caught by the three bears. She cared about herself and didn’t think before she acted. With this being said, like the little old woman, I am similar to her because I do not think before my actions and just like how the little old woman runs to not face her consequence I do too.

I didn’t think of the consequence of taking it to my friend’s house to play. All that was going through my mind was that I was going to be able to play the game I wanted to with my friend. Furthermore, the Xbox ended up falling and broke. I didn’t think of anything like that happening. I didn’t consider the cost of the Xbox was to my brother. I didn’t think twice before taking the Xbox without permission. It was wrong of me to just take the Xbox without asking. For me to enter his room when he was not there is not right either. The article states, “Goldilocks go for the Golden Mean” (1).The old woman is a mean person for the actions she brings to the table. For what she did is the explanations on how she is viewed. Just like I could have been viewed as a mean person for taking my brothers Xbox without permission.
