I trust my intuition above all else, which sometimes

The writer in the story "Discovering Yourself with Myers-Briggs" instantly caught my attention in the first paragraph leaving a questionnaire for you to answer. In my opinion the author motivates the reader's diligence to discover what these questions mean. She also gives a lot of factual information and breaks down what each dimension means for that particular personality. I think the conclusion is summed up nicely, she does a good job of linking the main points in order and characterizing…

According to the Jung Typology Test, I have the personality type "INTJ". This indicates that I am mostly an introverted, thinking, and judging personality. While I consider these characteristics to be natural tendencies that I have, it is important for me to remember to avoid using labels as excuses for who I am in the flesh. I have a "moderate preference of introversion over extraversion" (humanmetrics.com) according to the test. I am shy and reserved around most people, and I often find a lot of group interaction stressful.…

I am a people person, always putting other’s interests and emotions before my own. The Type Coach diagnosed me correctly with a high emotional intelligence. I try to avoid conflict or unnecessary tension because I realize the effects that would have on my intrapersonal relationships with others. I notice this about myself especially with my relationship with my boyfriend. I always have to deliberate on an issue I might have with my boyfriend to “double check” that I am being reasonable with the issue and not just being moody.…

My confirmed Myers-Briggs profile is ENTP or Extroversion, Intuition, Thinking, and Perception. The website, 16 personalities, refers to this profile type as "The Debater" (16 Personalities, n.d.). This means that in business and in school I am outwardly focused on people, places and things or extroverted (Hirsh, 1991). The intuitive preference of my profile means I tend to take in information from memory and associations versus my five senses (Hirsh, 1991). I typically make decisions based on logic, and use a cause and affect based reasoning and am therefore a "thinking" preference (Hirsh, 1991).…
