So they left the flooded area they headed for the watch tower when a prison break happened.every villain escaped from the prison. Especially the Joker they all had abilities to destroy stuff. There were more of him he was his own army! He could create more of himself. The league could do nothing they finally were vulnerable nothing they could do nothing.
