The Legacy Of Walt Disney World

Decent Essays
“If you can dream it, you can do it.” Walt Disney, the man behind the illustrious cartoon character Mickey Mouse, is an example of a person who went after his dreams: to create the first full-length animated movie and build a theme park for people from all age groups. Despite being told that he lacked imagination and his ideas were not good enough, Walt persevered and eventually accomplished his dreams before he passed away in 1966. Walt’s legacy still lives on with us to this day; after his death, Walt Disney World was built, more Disney films were produced, and Disney Stores were opening everywhere.
