The Least Nobel Person In Julius Caesar

The least nobel person in Julius Caesar is Cassius for sure. Cassius turned his back on his friend. He decided to kill him over jealousy. He wanted to rule Rome so he killed Caesar. I would pick Brutus but he killed him for the good of Rome. For that reason I would say cassius is the least most noble person in the play. Cassius is just a terrible person. The reason Cassius is such a terrible person is because he killed a friend. Even if they weren’t that close, he still killed someone who he could consider a friend. He has memories of he and Caesar swimming across the Tribe River. Cassius had dared Caesar to swim across it. Caesar had to get Cassius’s help because he wasn’t able to swim across by himself. He envied Caesar and wanted his place. He did not kill him for the sake of Rome but for his own pleasure almost. He murdered Caesar because he wanted to rule Rome. He felt that he could do a better job with Rome but the only thing he did was start a war. His own stupidity caused thousands more to die who didn’t deserve too. He wasn’t the only one to kill him because he was jealous, but it just hits harder when you realize they were friends and had a past with good memories. Besides Brutus, he was the closest one to Caesar. The fact he turned his back on him is ridiculous.
I can see why people can disagree with my logic. They can say that they can see several people as the least noble. A lot of people are picking Brutus and I see why. They were as close as brothers and he murdered him. I just find that the reason Brutus killed him made him a tiny bit more noble then Cassius.
