The following paper will outline the leadership reflection of Mr. Gabriel Wright. The leadership reflection captured in this paper will include leadership personal skills, leadership applications, human resource management, team building or change management and spirituality in leadership. Mr. Gabriel Wright has twenty years of experience and held numerous duty positions which he supervised more than 200 people. Additionally Mr. Wright has lead small groups which performed major functions for their organization. Before this paper reviews leadership attributes of Mr. Wright, we must detail his leadership potential.
Mr. Wright has leadership potential is high-employee centered. The assessment of Mr. Wright revealed he avoids conflicts and is motivated to get the job completed. The outlook will vary from a spiritual perspective, mutual respect for all beliefs and development or encouragement of spirituality. Mr. Wright focuses his followers by encouraging them to know themselves and not to pass judgement onto others. A leader must know his or her know standing with spirituality and allow grow of other to foster teamwork and respect in the workplace. Additionally, the leader must have a plan to approach spirituality in the workplace. The leader must introduce spiritual values into the development of their personnel who have a strong spiritual background. Furthermore, spiritual the teams must encourage and implement trust, integrity and humility throughout the workplace. Mr. Wright allows spiritual meetings or prayers but emotional times in the work centers. This is practice will unite the employees and foster team development whenever teams needs additionally
