-Transformational leadership
Team work is the major part which form a organization in 21 century , there are 5 factors that suggested by Hackman and O’coonor (2005) to ensure a successful team work :
• A real team with clear boundaries, interdependence and reasonably stable membership
• Clear and consequential purpose
• Organization that enables teamwork
• Supportive social system and structures
• Coaching to enable team to work through opportunities and challenges (Hackman, 2004)

In this concept, a leader in the group working is essential both toward to the efficiency of complete the tasks and successful complete the team work . what is counted as a successful A simple example during the team work that our group activity , a leader would help to make the structure of the team .As expressed by Hacker and Roberts (2013), leader is the person who sets the direction and vision for the organization. The method how the leader use to lead follower is called leadership in the short cut .As the definition is given by Barker, Johnson & Lavalette (2001:5) , leadership is a serious of process , which involves the conversation as well as the action of people with an identified purpose and organizing . Which makes the risk of failure of team work decrease also share the pressure with the leader .Secondly , the leader doesn’t have to always thinking about how to service the followers , the transformational approach is changing the target to focus on the team benefit as a group. Last .The approach need constantly communication between leaders and follower , which strengthen the power of leadership and easy for leader to make decision as the information is shared
