In a world where there lived a city where they ban your favorite TV show. A duo of friends that are named Brandon Nguyen and Sponge Lob Circle Pants that are 13, try to find out why and try to make the rules fair. Brandon Nguyen who is smart, helpful, talented, humble, and determined. Sponge Lob Circle Pants who is smart, weird, and determined. They find many things bad about this city where the government makes everyone have a bad life. These 2 boys try to do as many things as possible to try to save this city from the laws. They both are smart but could they do this together as a duo.

One summer evening in this disgusting city, these 2 boys were watching their favorite tv show when all of a sudden, it went to a different tv channel. They were so surprised. They didn’t know what was going on and they went quicking to the city hall. They had to wait 30 minutes to enter because they were having a meeting. When 30 minutes passed by they went inside. They told the government what they want the laws or rules to be. The government said you don’t make the rules and started arguing back and forth with the kids. The government was about to kick them out when SpongeLob said what if we had a talk with everyone in the whole city to see what they want. The government said that was smart and he called everyone in the whole city to come right now to have a discussion. When everyone got here he started telling them what's happening. He said to vote what kinds of rules do you want in the city. When he was done telling all the rules he want and the kids want, people started to scream out kids, kids, and kids. The government decided to change to their rules and they change the whole city. One week later, The whole city was enjoying a peaceful time together clean as possible. Anyone could change anything just by doing little things or big
