Not everyone is familiar with the issue of child soldiers. This is a problem that the U.S. and other countries want to put under control. Many kids after war are physically and very emotionally scarred. Children are being abducted by Joseph Kony and forces them to fight. There has been lots of controversy on if children that have been in war, should be punished or if they should be given amnesty.
