Players sometimes have a hard time waving off negativity while in playing because players would be put with random players that can cause them to lose their rank. When players frustrated at a teammate, it is sometimes a misdirected anger. It’s not about that player being unskilled and losing the game, it’s about their incapacity to communicate within themselves to allow their teammates to understand what each teammates are doing. The play style are reflections of one’s own mechanical and analytical skills. Players tend to view their team as other real life individuals and not faceless champs. If they find themselves frustrated they’ll associate it with that anonymous person. It has become more than just a game. As time progress, League of Legend has become a hobby, a social outlet, and a sport. Even though we may be divided on opposite sides of the Rift, we all share one thing in common and that is a drive to better ourselves and in that we can find mutual understanding. Most adults’ favorite memories are from their past years participating in sporting events throughout their high school careers. They may not have realized it at the time, but they created memories and friendships to last a lifetime. High school athletes of future generations could not have the opportunity to invent vivid, unforgettable memories and such close relationships as our older generations had the chance to do. Not only could our future students miss out on memories and fun, but they could lack the life skills which athletes gain from participating in sports. High schools should continue to offer sports to provide students with leadership skills, opportunities for community involvement, and college scholarships to prepare for a bright,…

Why have video games become a big success? Back in the early 1900s, people didn’t have video games, they had simple games such as checker and chess. These two games are still widely played, but when computers and televisions started becoming a normal necessity, virtual games became more apparent. The concept of video games started with the first computer game. This game was a version of tic-tac-toe, created in 1952 by A.S. Douglas, a Cambridge university doctoral student (Hile)…

This connection is presented by how video games create communities, players helping out newcomers get familiar with their community’s video game, and how people united to save a major tournament. For decades, video games have always been an experience solely for the gamer playing his personal copy of the video game, aside when multiple people join up for round of multiplayer.…
