A Knight’s Tale is a movie about a young squire named William Thatcher, a young squire named William Thatcher, who enters into a journey of becoming a Knight. The call to adventure seemed very interesting to me. This is a call to adventure to Will because he thinks this is a chance to “change his stars” as these three words are said in the movie numerous times. Will did not refuse this call right away.…

The events that lead him to commit those crimes is when he accepts the green girdle that Lady Bertilak gives him as “lover’s token” and also mentions to him that it will protect and make the wearer invincible. For Sir Gawain, the green girdle represents his survival but also failure. The reason it also represents failure is because he fails to exchange the green girdle with Bertilak as the terms of their agreement indicated. Both men agreed that they were going to do an “Exchange of Winnings” and exchange what they received during the time that Sir Gawain was at Bertilak’s home and Bertilak was out hunting.…

Who Was Who in King Arthur’s Few?
Even in the world of fiction, one will find that knighthood is rarely given out to just anybody. There are almost always going to be rules. Someone deserving of becoming a knight must display a number of specific characteristics as well as perform certain actions, which are both predetermined by the universe in which said knight’s story is set. Therefore, there is often very little room in which to set each knight apart from another through the variation of their respective traits.…
