For instance, the manner in which Shaun White was describing the confrontation between Guy Stone and Lyle Jones. In this particular situation, we observed the improper language being utilized by Shaun, as he depicts the characteristics of both Guy and Lyle. Therefore, we could conclude that in this regard, HR was negligent in its responsibilities by not providing the proper level of training that could have assisted in expelling this type of unprofessional behavior within the administration.
