The first one is the Warrior. Karen and Kirst-Ashman (2011) states that the warrior “discounts the value of the system and often enters into a win-lose conflict and they also complains about everything” (Karen and Kirst-Ashman, 2011, p. 230). Because Heffernan (2015) talks about people working together, this person will not work in an organization and they would not work well in a group setting. This also refers to the chicken story when Heffernan refers to the Superchickens, that “for the past 50 years, we have run most organizations and some societies along the superchickens or by superstars” (Heffernan, 2015). We want to be the best, we strive to do by competing with other for the best spot and the best thing so that company would recognize us and pick us but sometime working groups is the best way to go. This person thrives for attention and wants to work alone because they want to be recognized and once they do not get what they want, they complain about it, they complain about everything. They have “Bad attitude,” and because of their bad attitude, they are typically the ones to be fired first. The fifth is the Machine.
