Imagine being taken from everything you know – your mother and father, your home, and being put in a completely foreign place. While this may not be a reality for most of you, it’s an everyday occurrence for animals out in the wild. Not only are animals taken from their habitats, they are put into unsafe and abusive exhibits where they are met with unsuitable resources and cruelty that in some cases results in death. The brutal treatment of animals needs to be addressed and fixed before the levels of abusive escalate. Unfair treatment towards animals can be seen on a large scale all throughout our world.
